Nutri 79mg Oil of Oregano+ XS 10-Oil Tincture (2oz)
- 79mg per serving from a ten oil blend
- 34mg oregano oil standardized to 60 percent carvacrol
- 34mg black seed oil plus manuka, clove, cinnamon, peppermint, lemon and eucalyptus
- 200 servings in 2 fl oz, the longest running product in this lineup
This is the version for people who want control. Drops let you scale the dose up or down by feel, and sublingual delivery skips the wait that comes with a swallowed capsule. It is also the better value per serving by a wide margin.
What is in it
Ten oils, led by oregano standardized to 60 percent carvacrol. That standardization is the number worth checking on any oregano product, since unstandardized oregano oil can vary batch to batch. Black seed oil matches it milligram for milligram at 34mg, and manuka oil at over 20 percent triketones comes in at 1mg. Cinnamon, clove, peppermint, lemon and eucalyptus fill out the blend.
How to take it
One to two servings daily. Place eight drops under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds, then swallow. Oregano is a hot oil, so expect a brief burning sensation. That is normal and it fades.
If the straight sublingual dose is too much, the drops can go into a small amount of juice or water instead. You lose some of the sublingual speed but it is far easier to take.
What to expect
The heat is immediate and short. Everything else is a slow build, same as the softgels. At 200 servings this one lasts a long time, so there is no reason to rush the dose.
FAQ
Why does it burn? Carvacrol. It is the active compound and the heat is a sign it is present, not a defect.
Tincture or softgels? Tincture for dose control, speed and value. Softgels if you want zero taste and zero fuss.
Can I put it in a drink? Yes, if sublingual is too intense.
Does it contain cannabinoids? No.
