At Rad Dad Alternative, we do our best to get your order out the door fast. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is processed.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and the products ordered. Shipping times vary but generally range from 2–7 business days within the U.S.

Delivery Areas

We only ship to U.S. states that allow the sale of federally legal hemp-derived products. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to evolving state laws, some products may not be available in certain states. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, we will contact you and issue a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is with the carrier, Rad Dad is not responsible for delays, lost items, or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to USPS or UPS with your tracking number for updates.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping info! We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
