How do I join Rad Dad Rewards?
Create an account at raddadalt.com or ask a team member at either Baton Rouge location. You earn 200 points just for signing up.
Can I earn and redeem points in store?
Yes. Earn points on every purchase at either location — Mid City or Jefferson Hwy — and online at raddadalt.com. Redeem at checkout or let a team member know.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. We send a reminder before they do so you have time to use them.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they place their first order, they get $5 off and you earn 500 points ($5). Open your rewards dashboard to find your link.
How do I move up to VIP or Elite?
Tiers are based on points earned each calendar year. Earn 2,500 points to reach VIP (roughly $500 in purchases at base rate). Earn 7,500 points to reach Elite (roughly $1,500 at base rate). VIP and Elite members earn double points on every dollar.
Can I use points with a subscription order?
Yes. Points work on subscription orders the same way they work on any other purchase.
I made a purchase but do not see my points.
Points are added after your order is fulfilled. If you do not see them within 48 hours, reply to any Rad Dad email, call (225) 240-7017 or (225) 537-9900, or stop by in person.
How do I earn the most points?
Subscribe to your favorite products (15% savings plus points on every renewal), write reviews (200 pts each), and refer friends (500 pts each). VIP and Elite members earn double points on every dollar.
