What is in it
Three oils doing different jobs. Oregano oil extract is standardized for carvacrol, the compound the whole category is built around, at 130mg per serving. Black seed oil, or Nigella sativa, brings natural thymoquinone. Manuka oil at over 20 percent triketones is the less common third piece and is what separates this from a standard single-oil oregano product.
The three-oil approach is the same idea behind the Nutri oregano tincture, just in a swallow-and-go format instead of drops.
How to take it
Up to two softgels daily, which is one full 500mg serving. Many people run one softgel daily as a maintenance dose and save the full serving for when they want it. Take with food.
What to expect
Oregano is typically used in shorter runs rather than year round. A common pattern is two to three weeks on, then a break. Take it with a meal to keep it comfortable.
